People often ask me If I meditate daily, some are amused while some are turned off at the very idea of incorporating something like 'Meditation' in their not so interesting life that too on a daily basis. Well, here's the truth: Meditation is not at all about, sitting in one corner like a monk and chanting 'Om' for long stretches but its a science of understanding how our mind works and how can we guide it from a noisy place (filled with confused thoughts, emotions, feelings etc) to a Quiet place of stillness & serenity (where peace, wisdom and inspiration can fill us).
Scientists have now done enough studies and researches on the positive effects of Meditation. It's now recommended even by the doctors and experts in neuroscience, for its ability to strengthen the brain and create healthy neurons (the nerve channels in the brain responsible for our nervous system to work).
It has been scientifically documented that, 'People who meditate daily for at least 20 minutes a day, live longer & happier life. It seems that daily meditation increases the ability to perform and decreases stress which is now the number one reason for the increase in the number of diseases and suicide rate across the world'.

Last night I was feeling down and confused with all the things that are not happening in my life the way I want them to happen. I saw a couple of Youtube video's about How to Get Motivated, How to Think Clearly etc. etc. but nothing changed.
I wanted to gulp down a few shots to ignore what's been troubling me but then I realized that I am much more stronger than what I am going through in my life right now. We as healers, keep on saying that 'It's all in the mind, your mind creates your reality etc etc." but what I realized that I wasn't really following what I say to others.
A small moment of guilt and shame came over me but then the blessing which I have is the level of awareness, I was able to quickly analyze in those few moments, How my mind tried to create an even negative situation simply because I had let it rule my life. Cmon, I want to make a difference in the whole world and the difference will have to begin from Changing my thinking and thoughts about myself.
I am sure we all go through these dark phases in our lives and feel like its the end of it.
BUT, BUT, BUT If you hang on to these so called Dark phases of your life and Introspect a little, you will know the deeper meaning of Why they came up at the First place?
So as I started to dig deeper into my Darkness, I saw that there is a conflict between What I was Thinking and What I was Doing-- They simply Do not Match! I want to help people with the things and knowledge I have gathered or channeled but I am not Acting on making it happen. I want to write a few more books but I am not Doing it. I want to do more Free meditations to help people but I am simply playing Numb. Then came a moment where in I realized that Simple Thinking will not Matter and If I have to Do something, I have to Go out in the Field and Do my Best, no matter how small or big my impact is, I promise myself to do the Best I can to the Best of my ability. Most of the times in our lives, we like to play DEAD and do not take any Actions to improvise our lives but I think :
"If we have to Change the World, We have to First Change Our World"
I somehow Intuitively was guided to Write these few questions on my white board and then When I read them later, I felt that these are the Answers to Help me move past the dark phase into the Light. After all, Light means Guidance, Wisdom, Illumination.
Though these are just the Questions I had asked to My Mind but the Authentic Answers Came from my Heart :)

These 11 questions pulled me from going into a rut of negative thoughts and some very inspiring answers began coming from my heart, as if my mind & heart are working in sync to improvise my vision and empowering me to take ACTION.
